Gibsons is a small town on the coast of BC, only accessible by water or air. I went there last weekend to buy a camera, and now I want to live there.

I’m still not terribly happy with all of these, but I figured some of you might like to see them anyways. I was experimenting with wide apertures and fast shutter speeds, which is a weird thing to do when most of the frame is water and sky. I’ll have to take more photos the next time I’m there, hopefully for longer.

I want to live in Gibsons too. Honestly, if I could find work somewhere remote on the Island or Sunshine Coast, I’d be there in a second.

I lived on an island once. Though technically it was an island in a river on an island.

Now if it was in Ireland then it would have been an island in a river on an island called Ireland...but it wasn’t.

Living on an island is excellent. They always come with a moat.
